She also gives a lot more detail about the miserable and corrupt way Austria intervenes in a person’s life when that person receives an inheritance and mentions one case that appears to have been a political assassination.
Nigel Farage’s support gives her far more clout than she had before. It makes it very difficult for the Vienna Judge to believe that he can somehow connive to send Jane to jail without the matter being scrupulously overseen.
Below Wendy’s two letters is an article from Jane with more on what Nigel’s help means for her. Thanks to Wendy and Jane.

Thank you so much [for her contribution to Jane]. I have to say it was a nightmare but the sheer publicity and support I received has stopped the Austrian gov in their tracks.
Judge Winge did not dare go ahead with the plan on Thursday to strip me of all my rights and appoint a legal guardian but consented to read the evidence after I spoke to him for two hours – and of course, he knows there is no basis and he could be in trouble if the spotlight turns on him, too. So, I have a month’s reprieve.
Now Nigel Farage has also offered to help me so with each passing day their chance to remove me quickly and quietly recedes. My case highlights just how corrupt the justice system in Austria has become. It is like Nazi Germany in the 1930s. Soon looking at a tree could lead to imprisonment if you are on their snatch list!
Thank you again for all your support! God bless!

To be sure it has been a nightmare, but it is amazing what I learned about myself in the last few weeks. I learned I can cope even with this nightmare (-:. [Personal detail deleted.]
However, that is no longer on the cards. They could not push their will through on Thursday so I have a month of reprieve.
The more attention goes on the case, the more impossible it becomes. Austria is really terrible. The reason no one knows is because the media is totally controlled. Every journalist has to have a gov licence. This is why Baxter thought it could get away with triggering a global pandemic here in February 2009.
In Austria, also, the local court administers every estate and inheritance and so you cannot escape their machinations. My inheritance involves a house and a flat, an account with 60,000 UKP in Lloyds, etc and some debts of about 30,000 euros so it is overwhelmingly positive. My aunt has no debts either.
Yet, out of the simple act of mismanaging on purpose the estate — not paying insurance, getting insurance cancelled, not asking for the Lloyds money — giving my brothers false information to create problems, they have created a heap of lies that is supposed to justify my being stripped of my civil rights because I am a danger to my financial affairs. It is so grotesque it is mind boggling.
That, and then other odd things like fake criminal charges appearing, etc., could well have lead to my disappearing at top speed if there had been a fake murder threat attributed to me by the judge as happened in the case of Natascha Koch.
But now the gigantic heap of lies is going to become a big problem for them because here we have the judges, etc., actively making up lies and telling lies to persecute me.
This could be a big scandal. You are quite right tosay there is a little bit of Irish in me that rather relishes the thought of a show down at high noon with the entire austrian gov (-:.
Obviously THEY know it too and are getting quite desperate!
Especially terrifying for them must be the extent of the publicity that beamed on my case and the huge support. These people seem to live in the pre-Internet age and scheduled the hearing for the middle of summer, August 12th, when 3 million Austrians are traditionally outside the country on holiday and everything closes down.
Thank you again so much to you and all your friends for your generous support and help through this time!
I wish you every good luck and inspiration! Best, Jane

That the European Parliament is a toothless facade and a mere consultative assembly for the autocratic élite of the EU was underlined by the fact that the Parliament party heads rejected an inquiry into the swine flu vaccination campaign inspite of a request by more than 220 MEPs.
But, as Nigel Farage points out, the European Parliament does offer its MEPs sources of information, access to procedures and a platform for publicity they might otherwise be denied.
For sure, the EP could well be a useful platform for examining the issue of whether I am being politically persecuted in Austria simply because I dared file charges against Baxter and initiate an investigation into its contamination of 72 kilos of vaccine material with the bird flu virus (supplied by WHO) after the authorities did nothing in spite of the fact the incident could have triggered a global bird flu pandemic, and because I dared to tell people the facts about the swine flu jab.
In the end, only about 4 % of the Austrians took the swine flu vaccine in spite of the media hype and strong and constant government recommendations, which just goes to show how much credibility the government has.
By the time this ludicrous Sachwalterschaftverfahren or legal guardianship procedure against me is over, the Austrian government will have even less credibility among the population.
